The new department will be led by our Water Hygiene Manager Lee Harding. Lee has over 20 years of experience in both the Water Hygiene and the Plumbing & Heating Industry. He has achieved a City and Guilds accredited WH004 qualification in Risk Assessments for Legionella and Water Hygiene Control and HTM001 – Risk assessments of water systems within health care.

Lee has a wealth of experience in managing water systems and carrying out risk assessments in domestic, commercial and industrial premises. These include housing association premises, offices, schools, hospitals, care homes, manufacturing plants and marine vessels.

Founding Director Ben House says: “We are very pleased to welcome Lee to the team and would like to wish him the best of luck heading up the new department. It is Casa’s ambition to diversify and incorporate other compliance-based services. Water hygiene is a natural progression for the business, as many aspects of the service can be conducted alongside our existing asbestos management services. Our software system can incorporate Water Hygiene and Legionella Risk Assessments, enabling our clients to access their risk assessments and management information from our online portal.”

All our practices will be carried out in accordance with the The Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999 and COSHH Regulations 2002, as well as following HSE’s Approved Code of Practice L8, HSG 274: Legionnaires Disease, and BS 8580-1:2019.
