Director

Ben has spent all of his working life in the Asbestos Industry with over 15 years’ experience, much of which has involved the surveying & consultancy aspects of the business. Ben is BOHS P401, P402, P404 and S301 qualified and has worked hard to achieve ISO17020 & ISO17025 UKAS Accreditation for Casa Environmental Services.

Jon House

Director

Jon has over 35 years’ experience in the Asbestos Industry and has been involved in all aspects of the trade including Asbestos Removal, Analysis, Consultancy, Training and Surveying in both land based and Marine Environments. Jon is BOHS P401, P402, P403, P404, P405 & S301 qualified.

Adrian Muttram

Technical Manager

Adrian Muttram, who is BOHS P401, 402, 403, 404 & P405 qualified, works alongside our current Quality & Technical Management team and has the day to day responsibility of ensuring Casa’s surveying and analytical services are fully compliant with it’s technical and quality procedures.

Since joining the Asbestos Industry in 2012, Adrian has proven himself to be meticulous & thorough in his approach to his work, not only as a proficient analyst & surveyor but also a competent Technical Manager.

Alistair Williamson

Consultancy Manager

As Consultancy Manager, Alistair Williamson is running CASA’s Consultancy & Training department.

Alistair has been working in the asbestos industry for over 15 years, is a fully qualified Surveyor & Analyst and has a solid and extensive background in various commercial and technical aspects of the industry.

Jacqui Ward

Bristol Branch Manager

Jacqui Ward, who is a qualified surveyor with 18 years’ experience in the asbestos industry, manages Casa’s Bristol branch & is responsible for servicing regional contracts. Jacqui has managed large scale housing frameworks, including Bristol City Council & Stroud District Council, as well as domestic clients, large construction companies & everything in between.

Jacqui is BOHS P402 qualified & has completed all relevant sections of Casa’s in-house technical training programmes.

Laura Lear Bsc (Hons)

Head of Business Development

Upon completion of her degree Laura worked for the Environment Agency in their research laboratories. She then moved in to the asbestos industry in 2001 and gained the P401 & P402 qualifications. During her 13 years in the industry she has surveyed many different types of building ranging from small domestic properties to large hospitals, MOD sites and factories. During the last 5 years Laura has managed a team of administration staff & surveyors and has steadily built a large and loyal client base. She is organised, meticulous, dedicated and totally client focused.

David Chudleigh

Devon & Cornwall Branch Manager

Dave is based in our Devon and Cornwall Branch office in Truro. He is tasked with the day to day running of the branch and the marketing and development of the Companies services within the region. Dave is a BOHS P402 fully qualified surveyor with over 15 years experience of Asbestos Surveying in both the land based and marine environments. Dave, who lives in Cornwall, is totally dedicated to providing a customer focused service that fully complies with and often exceeds client requirements.

Lee Hardy

Head of Training

As Training Manager, Lee Hardy is responsible for organising all external Training Courses undertaken by Casa Environmental. Lee has been working in the Asbestos Industry for almost 20 years and has an in depth knowledge of all its various aspects including Removal , Surveying ,Analysis and Training. Lee Harding

Head of Legionella and Water Services

Lee has over 25 years’ experience in the water hygiene and plumbing industry and has achieved a number of notable qualifications including an NVQ Level 3 in plumbing, Risk Assessments for Legionella Control in Water Systems WH004, Disinfection of Hot and Cold-Water Systems HXT-W12, Legionella Management within Healthcare HTM 04-01. Most recently, he has attained his full membership within the Water Management Society.
Lee started his career as a plumbing and heating engineer and then progressed into remedial works within the water hygiene sector, before becoming a qualified and competent risk assessor.

Jake Kelly

Southampton Branch Manager

Jake started at Casa in 2015 as a trainee asbestos surveyor after a career in the fire and flood restoration industry. He has since gained his P402, P403 and P404 qualifications and a wealth of experience on an array of sites. He’s now regional branch manager for our Southampton branch.

Nat Morgan

Lab Manager

Nat began working as an administration assistant for a surveying company in 2014, before joining Casa in 2015 & continuing in a similar role, then progressing into the laboratory in 2018 and gaining her P401 qualification. She took on the role of Laboratory Manager in 2021 and oversees the day-to-day running of the laboratory, as well as ensuring all Quality Control measures are accounted for, updating guidance when necessary & analysing samples for asbestos content.

Phil Mclean

Midlands Branch Manager

Phil joined Casa in November 2023, with over 17 years’ experience in the asbestos industry, from surveying, to air testing and analytical services and project management. Phil holds P402, P403, & P404 qualifications, and had worked on a diverse range of sites from land remediation to housing and everything in between. Phil prides himself on providing high client liaison with the highest quality service.
