Business Development Assistant

Job Description

Casa Environmental Services Ltd are looking for a Business Development Assistant to work from our Head Office in Bristol. The job will require you to work closely with the Business Development Manager & Directors to identify, develop and secure new and existing business opportunities within the Asbestos Surveying and Analytical industry.

As a Business Development Assistant you are responsible for assisting in the growth of our business by identifying new clients and new opportunities with existing clients.

You will be responsible for preparing written submissions to client prequalification documents, tenders and developing case studies. You will also be responsible for prospecting new, potential clients whilst utilising the company’s CRM system to manage data.

Essential Requirements

  • Degree qualified
  • Experience using CRM systems
  • Ability to prepare high quality written material
  • Ability to Identify, develop and win new business
  • Assist in the process of completing tenders and creating bid documentation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good IT skills and excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
  • Outstanding attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and able to work on own initiative
  • Enjoy networking and meeting new people

Desired Requirements

  • Experience in Sales & Marketing
  • Experience using image editing software and Photo Shop
  • Experience working in the asbestos and/or construction industry
