The Cornwall branch of Casa Environmental were recently instructed by Northhold Group to conduct a management survey throughout the late 19th Century Treloyhan Manor Hotel, in Carbis Bay, St. Ives.

This Victorian Manor House was constructed in 1892 for Sir Edward Hain, a Cornish shipping magnate and local politician. Following Sir Edward’s death in 1917, the Manor House was extended and converted into a 39-bedroom hotel, offering holiday makers views across Carbis Bay looking across to Gwithian and Porthminster beaches.

The survey was conducted over two days and was completed with no disruption to the hotel’s guests or operations during peak holiday season.
