Casa Environmental Services recently undertook a demolition survey to The Orchards on Ty Glas Avenue in Llanishen, Cardiff.
The three interlinked multi storey office buildings, built circa 1988, are due for demolition to facilitate new residential home by prestigious builder McCarthy & Stone.
Relatively few asbestos based materials were discovered during the survey of this fairly modern building, however the undertaking of a demolition survey allows McCarthy & Stone to comply with its obligations in relation to The Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012.
