Casa Environmental Services have recently undertaken a series of Management and Refurbishment/ Demolition Surveys to a large Independent School in Wiltshire.
The Management Surveys assisted the school in complying with Regulation 4 of the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012 (Duty to Manage).The R & D Surveys were undertaken to specified areas and buildings to facilitate the schools ongoing programme of refurbishment and improvement projects.
The surveys were undertaken outside of normal hours and during holidays to minimise disruption to pupils and staff who work and study at this school which provides for both boarding and day pupils.
Casa provided a smooth and flexible solution taking into consideration the particular issues that affect both the school and surveying company working together in this type of environment.
Casa also assisted other surveyors and architects at the school by organising and supervising removal of asbestos materials to facilitate access so that structural inspections could be undertaken.
