Casa Environmental Services have been undertaking Refurbishment / Demolition Surveys over the past year to the roof areas of social houses throughout South Wales. These surveys are to facilitate essential roof maintenance work being commissioned by the local authority.
Casa carry out on average about 8 surveys each week and have completed over 375 in total to date.
In order to ensure continuity and the smooth running of the project Casa are required to attend site with just 1 days notice and produce and submit survey reports the day after the survey is completed. This would prove very difficult to achieve if Casa did not have its own accredited Laboratory to analyse bulk samples produced during the surveys.
