Casa’s Recent Works with Selwood Housing

Casa is proud to be working with Selwood Housing for their asbestos compliance. Having commenced delivery in September last year, we entered a framework in June, spanning 4 years. Casa is carrying out a full range of asbestos surveys, including management surveys, reinspection surveys to support Selwood Housing’s compliance with the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012 (CAR 2012), and refurbishment surveys ahead of planned works.

To ensure a high standard of service delivery, Casa has assigned a dedicated contract team to the project. We meet regularly with Selwood Housing to review performance against KPIs, maintain open communication, and ensure complete client satisfaction.

Selwood Housing is a well-established not-for-profit independent housing association, providing over 7,200 affordable homes across the Southwest of England, including in Bath, Somerset, and Wiltshire. Since its foundation, Selwood Housing has been committed to building safe, sustainable, and inclusive communities.

These works are being serviced from Casa’s Head Office in Bristol, where our team are well versed in the area.
