The Southampton branch of Casa Environmental were instructed by world leading property agents, Savills, to undertake a Management Survey to Red Court in Haslemere, Surrey.
The late Victorian property was built in 1895 by the then highly regarded architect Ernest Newton and sits in 91.5 acres of its own parkland.
The survey was sympathetically undertaken with due regard to the buildings Grade 2 listed status. During the survey over 80 incidences of asbestos were discovered. The asbestos containing materials present included rope seals, cement sheet, asbestos insulating board, insulation and residues.
