The location was formerly the home and Orangery of Queen Charlotte wife of King George 111 who lived at the property during 1817.
The property has been used as an up-market B&B in recent years however the current owners are intending to convert the property into their own home.
No asbestos-based materials were discovered during the course of the survey.
