Casa Awarded Place on NHS SBS Building Safety & Fire Compliance Framework
Casa is thrilled to kick off 2025 with the exciting announcement of our success in securing a place on the NHS SBS Building Safety and Fire Compliance Framework.
Following a highly competitive bidding process, Casa will be providing a range of essential Asbestos Management Services under this Framework Agreement. These services include:
- Management Surveys
- Air Sampling and Monitoring
- Refurbishment and Demolition Surveys
- Auditing and Inspections
- Formulation of Asbestos Management Plans
- Training
The NHS SBS (Shared Business Services) framework was established to help the NHS optimise resources, enhance quality, and improve health outcomes with care and compassion at its core.
The delivery of these critical services will be overseen by our Midlands Branch Manager, Phil McLean. Phil will ensure that all work adheres to stringent Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), guaranteeing the highest standards of quality and compliance throughout the duration of the framework.
This four-year framework will support a broad spectrum of industries nationwide, including the NHS, local authorities, and academic institutions, showcasing its versatility and impact.
