Casa Secures Place on EN:Procure’s Asbestos, Demolition & Water Hygiene Framework

Casa is proud to announce its successful appointment to the EN:Procure Asbestos, Demolition & Water Hygiene Framework (GEN 4)—a key procurement initiative supporting the social housing sector and wider public sector across the North of England and beyond.

Managed by EN:Procure Ltd, the specialist procurement arm of social housing consortium Efficiency North based in Sheffield, the GEN 4 framework provides public sector landlords and social housing providers with access to essential services, ranging from asbestos consultancy to demolition and water hygiene. The four-year framework is designed to enhance compliance, standardisation, and efficiency while embedding meaningful social and environmental value into every project.

Out of 54 appointed companies, 47 are SMEs—including Casa—highlighting the framework’s commitment to supporting regional expertise and capacity.

Casa has been approved to deliver services under the following lots:

  • Asbestos Consultancy Services
  • Asbestos Surveying
  • Air Monitoring Services

Our successful appointment reflects the strength of our team’s expertise, particularly in the social housing sector, and our commitment to delivering high-quality, compliant services.

Operations under this framework will be led by our Midlands office, supported by our experienced team based in the North. Commenting on the award, Phil McLean, Branch Manager, said:

“We’re absolutely delighted to have secured a place on the EN:Procure framework. It’s a testament to our team’s hard work and expertise. We look forward to supporting clients in ensuring the safety and compliance of their buildings.”

This success marks an exciting milestone for Casa as we continue to grow our public sector offering and reinforce our commitment to safety, sustainability, and social value.
