Meet the Team: Get to Know Our Devon & Cornwall Branch
We’re delighted to be continuing our Meet the Team Series for our Devon & Cornwall Branch, by introducing our Head of Report Production, Kelly, who is based in our Plymouth Office.
We’re proud to shine a spotlight on Kelly, whose dedication and experience play a vital role in the smooth delivery of our asbestos surveying services.
Can you tell us a bit about your role at CASA?
Hi, I’m Kelly! I’ve been working in the asbestos industry for 15 years now. When I joined Casa November 2022, I started out as an administrative assistant and, over the years, worked my way up to my current role as Head of Report Production. I now manage a team of seven, ensuring all asbestos survey reports are produced accurately and sent to clients on time. It’s a role that requires a keen eye for detail and strong organisational skills—both of which I’ve developed over the years.
What do you enjoy most about your job?
What I enjoy most is the variety the role brings. I get to work with a fantastic team across all our offices and enjoy building strong relationships with our clients. Every day is different, and I really value being part of such a collaborative and supportive environment.
What does a typical day in your role look like?
No two days are the same, but a typical day involves making sure my team have everything they need to get started—especially the surveys that need typing. I also handle general enquiries, inputting new jobs into our system, and ensuring our site staff are set up with all the correct information before they head out. It’s a fast-paced role, but I thrive on keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
Are there any particular projects you enjoy working on the most?
I wouldn’t say there’s one particular project that stands out—I genuinely enjoy working on them all. Each project brings its own challenges and expectations, and I find that variety really rewarding.
What are you most excited about for the branch?
I’m really excited about the continued growth of our branch. We’ve come a long way already, and I’m looking forward to seeing us go from strength to strength as we continue to build on our success.
