Casa Maintains its UKAS Accreditation
Casa is delighted to announce that at the end of May, we underwent another rigorous UKAS assessment, and we have received plenty of positive feedback.*
Our audit lasted a week and covered all sides of the business. UKAS’ Technical Assessor attended Casa’s Head Office in Bristol, and scrutinised our Quality Manual, completed reports, training programmes & operations as a whole, with our Quality and Technical Manager Adrian and Casa’s Directors fielding any questions from UKAS.
Following this, the assessor joined Casa’s surveyors, lab technicians, and air testers in carrying out their job roles, ensuring that everything was conducted in accordance with all external guidance and in-house procedures.
Casa has robust training programmes for each member of staff, alongside detailed policies and method statements for each service Casa delivers. Having undergone many UKAS assessments in the past, we have confidence in our rigorous tried & tested processes and procedures, so it’s great to have the accreditation confirmed for another year.
We want to extend huge thanks to our staff at Casa for their hard work and dedication in making Casa the best it can be. Our Quality and Technical Manager Adrian, whose his meticulous approach and knowledge plays a huge role in Casa’s success, and our laboratories, site operatives and analysts, who work tirelessly all year round to deliver the highest quality service.
